k is for kani x betts

The sun is finally out today and Summer feels like it's never been closer. So what a perfect day it is to finally reveal the official collaboration between K is for Kani and Australian shoe retailer, Betts! I was asked to collaborate on a Spring/Summer 12/13 campaign revolving around the trend of pastel palettes with pops of neon - something which I am really embracing right now. I've had to keep this a secret for over a month now so as you can imagine, I am more than excited to share with you what I had the pleasure of styling & modelling!Without further ado, here is the first set of photos from the series which was used in the launch of the very first issue of Betts' new online magazine, 'The Edit', which you can read here. It was so much fun to work with the soft shades of lilac, mint and baby pinks, a palette which I am very much comfortable with, as well as experimenting with an edgy touch of fluoro here and there. It's such an honour to be involved in this collaboration and you could only imagine my face when I opened the latest e-newsletter only to see myself smiling right back at me!Hope you all love it!
