Wearing: Shakuhachi 'New Romantics' dress, ASOS hop scotch wedges

Just checking in today to say just how much I love this dress from Shakuhachi's Summer collection. It's one of those dresses that will just make you squeal when you pick it up & I most certainly did when I first welcomed it into my wardrobe. I literally wore it as soon as I got it today! Its modest neckline paired with a well fitted pencil skirt makes for the perfect silhouette and ticks all the boxes for my ideal Summer dress. The quirky pairings of fabric are a nice subtle touch of detail. First you've got the embroidered spots with scallops circling around them. Then you've also got the unexpected embroidered daisies along the neckline and metal-tipped collar as well. And you know how I feel about flowers.. :) I decided to keep the look clean, fresh and crisp by pairing it with some equally white retro inspired chunky wedges. Simple yet still with its details. It's a whole lot of Summer vibes in one outfit and I'm definitely going to try soak it up before heading to Europe next month!
