Time always flies when you're having fun, doesn't it? The last few days have gone by so quickly and I'm back home again after a few pretty splendid days at Crown. If I could only say one thing about staying at Crown Towers, it would be that the Crown Spa on level 3 do the most amazing body mud wrap. I was in such a state of relaxation that I fell asleep halfway through. And through early mornings staring out the window, I've come to realise that Melbourne looks so European. It is such an unsurprising epiphany however I never quite acknowledged the resemblance until I started looking at the city with the eyes of a tourist. The similarities are rife in its architecture and when I stumbled across the love locks on Yarra Footbridge it reminded me of Paris - since when did we even have a love lock bridge?I've lived in Melbourne all my life and I'm so used to being close to the coast that sometimes I forget how lucky I am to have all these beautiful landscapes at my fingertips. I love a rocky coast line and I love even more watching the waves crash against it as the sun starts to set. Not just another location to shoot, but also another reason to be appreciative of this beautiful city :-)
