Wearing: MLM stripe top, Gorman polka dot raincoat (similar here & here), Lilya Axis navy leather shorts, Mode Collective cross strap boot, Katie Dean necklace, Deadly Ponies Mr Mossat bag and Olivia Burton watch (similar here).I'm pretty sure nobody in Melbourne shares the same sentiments as me right now - other than perhaps my dad, because he really wants the vegetable garden to flourish - but I really hope it rains all the time this month. Not because I love navigating my car through the horrendous ditches in the gravel car parks at uni or the fact that the only shoes that I want to wear on a particular day just happen to be the only ones I haven't doused with waterproof spray, but because of my new raincoat that I've been tracking down since April. It was out of luck that I just so happened to pop by Gorman the day after the very day it just came back in stock and I'm so glad to finally have its polka dotted goodness in my wardrobe. By the looks of it, it's settling in just fine with some of my favourite pieces of the moment: some very A/W appropriate suede shorts, Mode's best Winter boots yet (finally, boots that fit snug at the ankle! Does anyone else have the same problem as me?), my addiction to stripes and of course, my trusty DP.Photos: Rowena Cao.
