Please be sure to read descriptions & thoroughly check measurements carefully prior to checkout. Please be aware that some colours may be displayed differently depending on the monitor they are being viewed. with.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

PROCESSING/PACKING TIME
1-2 business days. All items are packed with care for a safe transit to your doorstep. To minimise our impact on the environment, we use recycled shipping boxes when possible.

SHIPPING RATES

Flat rate shipping is available for all orders.

$12.00AUD Australia (1-2 business days – EXPRESS post with tracking)
$15.00AUD New Zealand (5-15 business days – air mail – no tracking)
$20.00AUD Rest of the world (5-15 business days – air mail – no tracking)
$25.00AUD United States (5-15 business days – air mail with tracking)

Note: If purchasing for a special occasion, we recommend purchasing as early as possible to avoid disappointment/delay. International air mail delivery can really vary in its time to reach the destination and we cannot be responsible for any delays in receipt.

*Customs, weather, incomplete/incorrect addresses etc can lead to further delays*

Shipping prices do not include customs fees, import duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed. This is your sole responsibility. Please check with your local customs office/postal service for further information before making your purchase.

As per Australian law, all international parcels will be marked “merchandise” and the appropriate value declared.

RETURN POLICY:

Refunds will only be granted as a result of gross misinterpretation or if a fault has been overlooked. There are no refunds for reasons such as ‘change of mind’ or ‘wrong fit’, it is your responsibility to check all descriptions and make all enquiries prior to checkout.

If you would like to return an item, you MUST send your refund request via Etsy conversation ASAP as returns must be sent within five business days of receiving your item(/the expected delivery date of receiving your item) and must be postmarked accordingly.

To be eligible for a refund, all returns must fit the following criteria
– sent back with your order number
– item must be in new, unused condition
– include all original packaging
– sent in a sturdy box – please package carefully as we are unable to accept returns that have been damaged in the mail.

Please retain a proof of postage until we have confirmed your return has been received and your refund has been processed. Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item(s) returned is grossly misrepresented or faulty. Any customs and duties paid on your order will not be refunded – you must be pursued this within your own jurisdictions.

Return requests received after five business days of the expected delivery of your order will not be accepted.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS:
Absolutely no refunds will be granted for change of mind returns.

SALE ITEMS:
Strictly no refunds are issued for sale items. All sale item sales are final.

We accept Paypal & credit card payments.

For Australian customers, all prices are inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

IMAGES:

Please expect a slight differences in colour when purchasing. Photographed colours are kept as natural as possible, however they may still appear different on other monitors.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
I am currently not taking custom design orders. All pieces in my shop are ready made and ready to ship.

Can I pick up my order?

Sorry, we currently don’t have a pick-up service or facility available. We ship all Australian orders via express post, so we’ll still be able to get it to you ASAP!

Do you have a shop front?

Sorry we currently don’t have a shop front however do participate in markets occasionally. Do follow us on Instagram to keep updated on any events where you can visit us in person and try out our styles in person. Shipping is free at markets ;)
