I don't want to whinge about the weather but honestly typing in the dark in my northfacing bedroom at 3PM is really quite depressing. Whenever it's sunny, I love to spend it outdoors running errands, shooting and doing everything I have been dying to do when it's not raining. Whenever it's raining all I like doing is rugging up in bed and reading a book or working in my studio. And since it's been raining for as long as I can remember (I swear we have more rainy days in Melbourne than London), I've actually been very productive when it comes to designing and creating new headpieces. I've reached a record high of over 60 new designs ready to be shot and listed on kisforkani.etsy.com and after taking into account that each piece has been handmade, rainy days aren't so bad after all - they certainly seem to create high levels of productivity at home. Given uni starts in a week, I'm glad to be able to make one more shop update before I have to devote myself to another semester's worth of left brain exercise.

I've actually attempted to stop myself from working on weekends however after spending pre-3PM running around looking for strange macaron flavours to taste test in the rain, I've decided it was probably a more sane choice to spend the rest of the afternoon indoors on a blog post before running out the door again for dinner. So here's to two cosy pieces I've been loving this Winter, photos taken of course on a day much less wet, cold and windy. A roomy jumper with a witty tagline even my boyfriend seems to understand and a pair of (impulsively purchased however always been on my mind) white skorts which surprisingly are super easy to match with Winter outfits. Except I must add for sanity's sake that tights are highly recommended for days cooler than the day I chose to take these photos!
