Hello from the top of Monte Baldo, Italy! It's incredibly cold at the top of the highest peak on Lake Garda and we could only stay here for as long as our t-shirts and skirts let us. We most definitely were slightly underprepared in the clothing department. It's about 2200m above ground and you can reach the top by taking a cable car from Malcesine. The view of Lake Garda is astonishing and from up here, you can really see just how big the lake is because you can't even see the entire lake due to it's size! If you look behind you, there's also the beautiful mountain ranges too. There's llamas up here as well! Go on a clear day to see the best views and definitely early in the morning to beat the crowds. The first time we attempted to take the cable car (at 3pm-ish~) there was a 1.5 hour wait so we decided to come back first thing in the morning the next day. Here's a little photographic diary of the views from above.
