Bowler hat: My father bought it, Blouse: Vintage, Pinafore: Sportsgirl, Tights: No where special, Bag: Vintage, Shoes: Bonbons, Bird cage: The Reject Shop!

This little pinafore is from Sportsgirl. It is surprisingly, one of the items i have worn most in my wardrobe (though it hasn't gotten much wear out of it this year). I used to wear it everywhere when i was younger, just because it was so good fo rmixing and matching, everything seemed to go with it (surprisingly). I never thought it would be so useful when i purchased it, the weekend before my first ever 3/4 exam, psychology!

And lo and behold, my bird cage which i have really not much use for! Though i do have quite an special job for it very soon! Right now, it just sits on top of my shoe rack. No i don't have that many shoes to really warrant a shoe rack, so instead i just fill up the empty space with bags, magazines and my birdcage :) By the way, it was $15 from the Reject Shop and i loved it! It was also purchased quite a few months ago so i'm not sure if they are still in stock anymore.

My father bought me this bowler hat when he recently went visiting family overseas. In fact, he's bought me five of them! They were all so pretty i couldn't let go of any of them and plan on using them for styling photoshoots for my non-existent styling portfolio which i currently don't have any need/purpose to pursue putting together for right now.

Updates on my life so far?

On Tuesday and Wednesday, i spent two days at Chadstone, helping out with the prepp-ing and dressing of the Chadstone VIP Party Vogue Runway shows! It was yet again, an amazing experience. Being model dressers, we were of course, at the rock bottom of the ..fashion ladder (?), but it was nevertheless an amazing insight, but i didn't know we could take photos so instead i have some crappy photos from my nokia e71.

My model's rack of clothes :) The model i dressed was named Ruby and she was really friendly and chatty and easy to get along with :) Though i felt so short around her i had to go on my tip toes to put her necklace on!

You know you like blurry, underexposed, grainy photos! Anyway, i was too shy to take photos of the models so yeah, here are just photos of the clothes hahaha. Met a few lovely people, as well as people in the industry who ran the whole thing. I felt a little stupid telling people i was studying commerce/law though..! Would you believe i spent more time working at this show than attending uni classes? Yep, i have that little contact hours.. though it does make up with the amount of homework we have to do!

BY THE WAY Alice Burdeu was there too! As well as lots of other lovely models and it was pretty funny when another volunteer and i were at the toilets in the centre, and then the lights went out!! We were all freaking out and turns out there were also three other models in the toilets freaking out with us, and i ended up holding my mobile light open whilst she washed her hands at the tap and then she said thankyou to me and i was very very excited that she talked to me HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA such a fangirl.......

Lastly, been taking photos of headbands to list this weekend on my Etsy.. will be uploading some pics on my Facebook page too so be sure to check it out!
